App v7.5 — Sales Intelligence Suite
Catalog intelligence, product editing, review workflows, and a secure Shopify publishing bridge now operate in one command suite.
Mission Control

Review, approve, and publish products from one mobile command suite.

Command Center now uses Supabase for cloud-backed decisions and catalog intelligence while keeping local device backup tools in place.

Today’s Action Queue

Generated from your mission, catalog, and product decisions.

Mission Summary

Quick Status

Revenue Command

Preparing sync readiness…

Automation Engine

Ready to scan the catalog.
Real Catalog Import

Upload supplier and Shopify CSV files.

Catalog data saves locally and syncs to Supabase after import so your iPhone and iPad can work from the same backend.

Supplier Catalog

Use the full supplier CSV.
No supplier file loaded yet.

Shopify Store Export

Use your live Shopify export CSV.
No Shopify file loaded yet.

Import Controls

Sample data is for testing. Clear data removes saved catalog data from this device.
No columns detected yet.

Revenue Command

Alpha sync only. Use export/import bundles to move decisions between iPhone and iPad.
v2.1
Checking sync readiness…

Manual Sync Alpha

To sync two devices now: export a bundle from one device, open this app on the other device, then import that bundle. This merges review decisions, category changes, notes, and action progress.
Product Opportunity Engine

Best products to add next.

Tap any product to open the new Product Workspace, review it, prep it, or mark a decision.

Opportunity Queue

Supplier-only products ranked by opportunity score.
Showing all opportunities.
Publishing Pipeline

Track product decisions from review to published.

Move products through statuses: Not Started, Reviewing, Ready to Add, Published, Skip, or Revisit Later.

Next Products to Review

Highest-opportunity items you have not decided on yet.

Ready / Active Work

Products currently marked Reviewing or Ready to Add.
Fix Command

Filter the damage. Fix the right products first.

Stack filters, tap Apply Filters, open a product, edit the listing, and save the changes directly to the cloud catalog.

Fix Product List

Live Shopify products flagged by the automated Weak Listing Detector.
Showing all fix products.
Product Workspace

Review, prep, decide.

Edit the actual cloud catalog record, resolve detected issues, prepare Shopify-ready data, and manage workflow status from one screen.

Open a product from Add Next, Pipeline, or Fix Details.
Sales Command

Revenue math + fastest path to revenue.

Use your catalog data to estimate profit and pick products worth pushing first.

Revenue Goal Tracker

Fastest Path to Revenue

Top opportunities with strong profit and clean listing data.
Motherlode Command

Five systems. One operating deck.

Fix intelligence, opportunity ranking, safe automation, publishing preparation, and profit intelligence now work together in a single command layer.

All-Systems Control

Runs analysis across the current cloud-backed catalog without auto-publishing anything.
v7 ACTIVE

1 · Fix Detail Intelligence

Exactly what is wrong, why it matters, priority, effort, and next action.

2 · Opportunity Engine

Highest-value supplier products ranked by score and estimated profit.

3 · Automation Engine

Rules are conservative and never publish directly.

4 · Publishing Pipeline

Readiness gates expose blockers before a Shopify export.

5 · Profit Intelligence

Estimated value waiting in the catalog and strongest categories.
Shopify safety: v6 prepares Shopify-ready publishing packs, but it does not publish directly without a secured Shopify Admin API connection and explicit approval.
Catalog Intelligence Expansion

Variants, bundles, and smarter selling—inside one forge.

Ten operational systems built on the live cloud catalog, including variant grouping, bundle creation, and intelligent upsell recommendations. Direct Shopify writes remain approval-gated until secure Admin API credentials are connected.

v7 Control Deck

Generate publish packs, apply bulk decisions, create copy, recommend categories, and inspect commercial signals.
v7 ACTIVE

1 · Shopify Publishing Command

One tap builds an approved Shopify-ready CSV from Ready to Add items.

2 · Bulk Approval

Select top opportunities and move them together.

3 · Smart Copy Studio

Creates brand-aligned title, description, SEO title, and meta description starters.

4 · Category Recommendations

Heuristic recommendations based on titles, handles, and current catalog patterns.

5 · Sales & Trend Forecasting

Ranks categories by catalog momentum and estimated profit potential.

6 · Inventory & Reorder Intelligence

Flags missing inventory signals and products needing supplier stock verification.

7 · Competitive Pricing Intelligence

Benchmarks current price against cost-based market bands; live competitor feeds require a future data connection.

8 · Variant Engine

Search the live catalog, select products, define options, and export a Shopify-ready variant family.

9 · Bundle Forge

Choose products, name the bundle, set a discount, and calculate price and margin.

10 · Den Intelligence

Review automatic pairings and send any recommendation straight into Bundle Forge.
Publisher Core

Move approved products directly toward Shopify.

Build a publish queue, inspect Shopify payloads, export backups, and send approved products through a secure server-side bridge.

Shopify Bridge

Admin credentials stay server-side. Command Center only stores the bridge URL.
Not configured
Use the included Cloudflare Worker template to keep the Shopify token out of the browser.

Publish Command

Only products marked Ready to Add or Ready for Shopify appear here.

Approval Queue

Review product title, price, margin, and status before publishing.

Publish History

Local history records successes, failures, Shopify IDs, and timestamps.
Optimization Engine

Improve what happens after publishing.

Spot slow movers, weak listings, margin risks, and products ready for expansion using the catalog and publishing history already inside Command Center.

Optimization Command

Scores published and active products using listing quality, margin, workflow status, and publishing activity.

Priority Recommendations

Highest-impact actions first.

Category Signals

Where the current catalog shows the strongest expansion or cleanup signal.
Sales Intelligence Suite

See what is selling, growing, and waiting to become revenue.

Import a Shopify sales export for actual performance, or use clearly labeled pipeline estimates until live order sync is connected.

Sales Data

CSV columns supported: product/title, sku, category, quantity, revenue, cost, date.
Estimate Mode
No sales file imported. Showing pipeline estimates only.

Revenue Command

Actual metrics appear after a sales CSV import.

Champions Board

Best products by revenue, quantity, and estimated profit.

Category Performance

Categories ranked by revenue or opportunity value.

Slow Movers

Published products with weak or missing sales signals.

Growth Recommendations

Next actions generated from sales, margin, publishing, and optimization signals.
SHOPIFY BRIDGE

Revenue Command

Plan safe create/update exports before any direct Shopify write-back is added.

Create New Products

Use Ready to Add products to prepare clean Shopify import rows.

Update Existing Listings

Use Fix queue items to identify title, category, description, price, or image work.

v3.5.0 is a planning-safe bridge build. It does not write directly to Shopify yet.
TRUE COMMAND CENTER

v3.5.0 Foundation

The major systems now sit under one operational command layer: catalog intelligence, review workflow, publishing pipeline, fix queue, sync alpha, and Shopify bridge planning.

Today’s Store Priorities

Use the dashboard, opportunity queue, pipeline, and fix queue together as one daily workflow.

Store Intelligence Layer

v2.1 begins organizing decisions, review status, category changes, and export readiness into a single operating view.

Publishing Command

Ready-to-add products and fix-listing work now form the bridge toward safer Shopify publishing.

Sync Path

Manual sync bundles remain the safe alpha path until live backend sync is added.

v3.5.0 is built from the stable v1.8.1 app package and preserves the working app files required by Netlify.
REVENUE COMMAND

v3.5.0 Revenue Command

Turns the Command Center toward daily growth actions: review, fix, publish, and unlock revenue.

Today’s Mission

Review priority products, fix listings, and move ready items toward Shopify.

Revenue Opportunity

Highlights value waiting in Ready to Add, Fix Queue, and high-margin opportunities.

Launch Velocity

Tracks how many products are moving from review to ready to publish.

Growth Recommendations

Prepares the app to recommend the next best money-making actions.

v3.5.0 is built from the stable v2.0.1 app and preserves existing imports, filters, review workflow, sync alpha, and Shopify bridge planning.
SHARED BACKEND ALPHA

v3.5.0 Shared Backend Alpha

Prepares the Command Center for permanent catalog storage, cloud backup, and future iPhone ↔ iPad live sync.

Catalog Database Prep

Supplier catalog, Shopify catalog, product decisions, review notes, categories, and fix queues are mapped for database storage.

Supabase Direction

The recommended backend path is Supabase because it supports tables, auth, storage, API access, and future sync workflows.

Cloud Backup Path

The app is being prepared so catalogs can move out of browser-only storage and into a shared cloud database.

Device Sync Target

Future builds will allow iPhone and iPad to use the same store brain instead of separate local copies.

Backend Setup Notes

v3.5.0 does not activate live cloud writes yet. This release defines the shared backend architecture and keeps existing local app workflows safe while preparing for Supabase connection.

Database Tables Planned

products

Supplier and Shopify product records.

review_decisions

Statuses, notes, ready-to-add, skip, revisit, and published states.

fix_queue

Listing issues, priorities, suggested actions, and completion status.

sync_devices

Device nickname, device ID, last sync activity, and conflict tracking.

FULL OPERATIONS SUITE

v3.5.0 Full Operations Suite

A bundled final local-operations build combining the remaining planned Command Center systems into one deployable release.

Daily Mission Engine

Guides each work session around review, fix, publish, and growth actions.

Profit Intelligence

Prioritizes high-margin opportunities and revenue waiting in queues.

Launch Command

Organizes product movement from review to ready-for-Shopify to published and promoted.

Store Intelligence

Highlights stale queues, aging opportunities, and blockers.

Automation Alpha

Prepares morning briefings, suggested next actions, and queue aging checks.

Backend Ready

Keeps the Supabase path prepared for permanent catalog saving and future live iPhone ↔ iPad sync.

Final Local Build Strategy

This version conserves Netlify credits by bundling the remaining non-live-backend features into one major release. Real cloud database saving still requires Supabase credentials and a separate backend activation build.
DAILY COMMAND

Daily Mission Preview

Use this as the operating rhythm until live automation is connected.

Review

Start with high-score products in the Best Products queue.

Fix

Clear high-priority listing issues before adding more backlog.

Publish

Move Ready to Add products toward Shopify in focused batches.

After publishing, move products into marketing, homepage, or collection focus.

Launch Workflow

A cleaner publishing path for products moving from opportunity to Shopify.

Suggested flow: Review → Ready to Add → Needs Description / Needs Images / Ready for Shopify → Published → Promote.
